You can read the first two chapters as a web page.
You can download the complete book in PDF format here. I have broken the text into sections so that you can download one section at a time if you have a slow connection. The first section (Chapters 1-9) is the smaller file and should download in about 1-2 minutes over a 56K modem. The second section should download in about 2-3 minutes.

Most computers will automatically open a PDF file when you click on the link. You then have the option to read the file online, save a copy to your computer to read offline at your leisure, or print out a hard copy. If it doesn't open automatically, right-click on the link and you should see a pop-up menu with the options to Open the file, Open it in a New Window, or Save Target As (which allows you to download the file to your computer), among others.
You are welcome to print out the PDFs if you prefer to read on paper. They should print out on either A4 or US Letter paper.
